After several home games being canceled due to weather, the Yellow Jackets girls softball were ready for a home game. The girls played four games against New Mexico Highlands University Cowgirls last weekend. The Cowgirls won all four games against the Jackets. The Yellow Jackets played strong and hard but they could not overcome the deficits.

Final scores for Saturday — (Which Saturday?): N. M. Highlands 12, B.H. Yellow Jackets 6.
Sunday N.M. Highlands 12, B.H. Yellow Jackets 4.

The girls plan to play on the road as they travel to UC-Colorado Springs in a weekend series on April 4-5, 2014.
